Guest Posts

Guest posts for brands

Rank Easy writes and places guest posts for brands that need a topical mention. When the subject fits, that is an editorial article on a Rank Easy site that already covers it, or outreach we manage to a relevant publication. We name the path before any writing starts.

How the service works

This is a service, not a catalog. You tell us the brand and the topic. A person reads it and replies. If a Rank Easy site already covers the subject, the article can run there — we name that site in the proposal, because this page does not list properties. If it does not, the other path is a pitch we manage to a relevant publication. That pitch is a placement only after an editor accepts it.

We will not tell you a guest post is worth a ranking. A published article is a mention and, when the site’s policy allows it, a link. The numbers usually attached to this — domain ratings, “DR 80” inventory, guaranteed movement — are not something this site publishes, so they are not on this page.

What you get

A conversation, then a proposal if the topic fits. A guest post is not a checkout.

  • A topic-fit review

Someone reads the subject and the site you want mentioned before any writing or pitching starts.

  • One of two placement paths

An editorial article on a Rank Easy site that already covers the topic, or a managed pitch to a publication that does.

  • The link policy, before you approve

Dofollow when that site allows it. Otherwise nofollow, sponsored, or a mention with no link — stated first.

  • Your draft or ours

Send a draft or ask us to write one. Nothing is pitched or published that you have not seen.

  • Disclosure when it is required

If the placement is paid or the publisher requires a label, the article says so.

Who it is for

  • SaaS and tools

A topical mention beside directory listings, for a product a reader in that category would recognize.

  • Agencies

A client brand placed where the subject matches, with the link policy visible before approval.

  • Local service brands

One relevant article when the topic fits. Not a bulk package of unrelated blogs.

If your customers are local, start with directory submissions and the local link-building guide. That guide already says paid posts on unrelated blogs are not worth chasing. This service is the narrow case it leaves open: a relevant article, disclosed, on a site that covers the subject — or we decline it.

What it is not

  • Guaranteed rankings, traffic, or leads.
  • A menu of domain ratings, traffic estimates, or “DR 80” sites. None are published because none are kept here.
  • Past-client names or live guest-post URLs. This site does not list them, so this page does not invent them.
  • A form that publishes for you. Sending a note starts a conversation. It does not schedule or publish a post.

Questions worth answering first

Do you guarantee rankings?

No. A guest post is a published article and, when the publisher allows it, a link or a mention. It is not a promise about rankings, traffic, or leads.

Where does the post go?

Two paths, and we say which one before any work starts. One is an editorial article on a Rank Easy site that already covers the topic — we name that site in the proposal, because this page does not keep a public inventory. The other is outreach we manage to a relevant publication, which is a placement only if an editor accepts it. We do not publish domain ratings for either path.

Is the link dofollow?

When the site’s policy allows a dofollow link, that is what we ask for, and we tell you the policy before you approve. If the policy is nofollow, sponsored, or no link, we say that too. We do not hide the relationship.

How long does it take?

There is no published turnaround. A person reviews the request. Writing and publishing depend on topic fit and, for outreach, on an editor agreeing. Sending the form does not schedule a post.

Can we send our own draft?

Yes. You can send a draft or ask us to write one. You see the version that would go out. We do not pitch or publish a piece you have not approved.

What are the editorial standards?

The article has to belong on the site: a subject that site already covers, written so a reader would finish it, with disclosure when the placement or the publisher requires it. We decline topics that do not fit. We do not place posts on unrelated blogs in order to carry a link.

How much does it cost?

No fixed rate is published. Ask about a guest post, book a consultation, or start with the free SEO audit. We will say whether a guest post is the right job before talking about price.

Ask about a guest post

Tell us the brand, the site, and the topic. A person replies. Include an email if you want that reply at a specific address. Sending this form does not publish anything.

A person reads this. The form does not publish a post.

The same note can be left at POST /api/guest-posts/inquiries. A short description of the service is at GET /api/guest-posts. Both say automated: false — they record interest for a person to read. They do not write, pitch, or publish a post, and they do not list sites.

Where this fits

Directory profiles and a guest post solve different jobs. If buyers (or an assistant) look you up on Crunchbase, G2, or Product Hunt, start with the directory list. If the gap is a relevant article, use the form above. If you are a home-service company and the real gap is Maps, reviews, or citations, a guest post is probably the wrong first spend — the free SEO audit is the place to find out.

Not sure a guest post is the job?

Send the site. We will say whether a placement fits, or whether the pages, the citations, and the calls are the actual problem.
